Great book she wrote Pat. I have it in my library. Some of it is getting superseded now with new drugs etc but is still my bible for sick birds. I said to her a few months back she should revise it. Maybe she is now past it ??

Hi Deb, I gave her a bath the other day, her back is now looking better but around her head and throat still not great. I used a drop of washing up liquid in the water. She is still in the hospital cage, we stopped her antibiotics today and now we are going to gradually try to acclimatize her to return to the aviary by the weekend hopefully. I hope she will be Ok. Her mate has been chirping every morning since we took her out.
