Hi went in avairy to give it a clean . Noticed lots of mozzies inside also on branches . How do I get rid of the pest. Can they also harm my birds

used to be able to buy pest strips....don't know if they are still available...think it was shelltox pest strip...just make sure make up a cylinder of wire for it to hang in so birds cant nibble it....
