Ive been seeing on occasion a small flock of finch around Dubbo , but have had no idea what they are .
Today I picked up a copy of talking birds and there is an article on yellow rump finches and how they native to north australia areas , BUT the photo is the spitting image of the finches Ive been seeing .
Whats the chances they are Yellow rumps this far south ????? I had my camera with me last time I saw them but bugger me they are hard to snap.....
Also is anyonr breeding them or know what the cost for a pair is????Curious to know. cheers
whats the chances?????
