It's easily done you can do it yourself, try Adobe Premier video editing software or Pinnacle Studio but there are many others, some are free and for some you'll have to pay for. There are many tutorials on Internet if you're interested:

You can add your own extra clips or remove bad clips, you can rearrange footage you can add/remove audio etc.
Or you use can softwares like "FLV to AVI MPEG WMV 3GP MP4 iPod Converter" to convert to a different format and then copy it to a DVD without editing.
