yeh there a nice little finch the red brow
i have too only seen one finch in the wild and that is the rare red eared firetail and saw about 20 feeding on the grass at a little devonshire tea and art place down south near walpole in the south west it was good to see them then also there was the western rosella bout 30-35

that would have been a sight to see.We have redbrows here all the time somtimes you see 20 plus in a group.the are always getting in my shed when the door is up,along with the blue wrens.

You're lucky to see those!

I've seen feral goldfinches and a greenfinch too.
Plus one grey zebra that I strongly suspect was an escapee, so I'm not going to count her.

oh yeh then i do see the blue wrens but there not a finch

I get goldfinches and the odd green one on my place aswell.mainly around spring.
