What zebra mutation is this ???

Is this zebra male or female and is this a dilute blue ?

Definately male and Im pretty sure it's dilute blue.

You could pair it up to a normal and you will get normals dilute blue and if your lucky a silver.
It actually kind of looks like a female but it looks like it has a breast bar and cheek patches which gives it away.
