Thanks to all you fantastic guys and gals who helped me track down some pearl long tail cocks. They arrived by plane today.

"Unfortunately" I had to settle for a fawn pearl and a normal pearl :mrgreen: .

PS they came from south of Woolongong for those who want to know which lead panned out ;-) .

I am happy that you were able to get some. The fawn pearls are still nice looking birds.

I have no issues at all with the fawn - in fact I think he's a bit of a bonus. There's enough different blood between the various pairs to get something going without the need to import more blood for a year or two. Also, given the lack of breeders in Vic who have them, shouldn't be too hard to move on the "surplus" in a year or two as required (in fact one of the breeders would like to take any surplus young back himself).
