Time and patience, if they are really scared try covering the cage or doing it at night when it is dark just put your hand in the cage and rub your finger up their belly, depends on how wild they are how much you need to work on them, my last lot, I moved them and dad inside s soon as they fledged and they took little or no work to tame up, but I had also been handling them everyday while they were in the box, when I bought them inside they were basically tame already and 2 10min sessions a day was all it took to make them super tame and craving attention. If you are starting with older or more timid birds it may take a couple of weeks.

If they came out yesterday I hope she means out of the weaning cage not the nest box. Did she show you how to hand feed them? Because like all birds they need a period outside the nest box for their parents to wean them correctly.

They need to be with their parents for at least another week after they come out of the box, as I said earlier this is actually a great time to start taming/training them if they aren't fully weaned you will have trouble with them, you will either need to hand feed them or you may find them losing a lot of weight or dying and it much harder to hand feed newly fledged bird than a baby still in the nest.

Like Maz said they need to be fully weaned. Watch them very carefully, checking every morning and night that they have food in their crops, and are not loosing large amounts of weight. If they do. Take them straight back to the lady and tell her this is not acceptable.
