You didn't tell me that you had joined AFF when I spoke with you several times last night! :wtf: Why wasn't I told ? "I" wanted to be the first to insult you. Anyway welcome and I'm sure we will all benefit from your incessant ramblings. (PM me for putting names to the user names) :shifty:

Sorry Deb- wasn't having a go at you.
It just reminded me of how some parrot breeders look down on finch/softbill breeders because their birds are "bigger" or "cost more".
Each to their own and there are skills in both areas but I hate it when finch blokes are underestimated.

Maybe it's a case of "beak envy"!!

No Myzo its all good . Might explain why I suck at finch breeding .
No snobbery from this little black duck ...dont care what the beak shape is , if it has feathers I love it .

The reality is that few parrot breeders make good finch breeders, whilst most good finch breeders do make successful parrot breeders.

I'm sure that with his skills and eye for detail that Jade would be successful with any species he chooses.
Now I'm your proof that theory is flawed. You know how much I suck at parrots.
