Good news guys one of the eggs hatch this morning

the mum and dad are feeding it and taking good care of it

Well done Steven. I wouldn't be worried at all about checking Bengalese nests. I have never had a bengalese ditch a nest due to disturbance. I agree totally about other species though.

Hey guys just letting you know that the two babies are doing great mum and dad are both feeding and taking care of them and they are getting bigger

now you have got a full case of being a finch addict it wont be much longer until you are looking for a few other species to be kept by. hope the babies do well.

Just a quick update on how things are going
Babies are doing well. Mum and Dad are still doing a great job on feeding and caring for them. I think there is one more week left before they fledge or maybe sooner. I will try and get a few pictures when they fledge.
