I was told that they have orginally only got 40kg shipped down from Queensland, but depending on demand, they may get more in a month or so.

Good tip on the frozen millet Ripley. No doubt the phone will be buzzing at Avicultural Accessories over the next day or so.
And great tip from everyone on the new Greens N Grains. In particular fincho162, ripley and whoever it was who said Pytilias love the stuff. Mine just arrived this afternoon.
Just put some out and within a minute the hen was down.

Then a minute or so later.

They were still at it 10 minutes later.
The only others who had a go in the first few minutes were plumheads and stars (both have chicks), but no doubt they're all at it by now!
IDEA - Why don't we contact all these great bird businesses and get them to sponsor AFF. Maybe we'll get a better quality hosting service for free.

Whew! Good to hear someone else getting same result. I have been giving my critters one teaspoon per pair, as of today. They all went crazy over it, even fussed with one another for it. They really kept the hopper busy. Am getting good response to Elenbee's Clifton Finch as well.
