This batch I wouldnt freeze but next batch freeze it straight away ....

Cous cous brand is San Remo, veggies just standard frozen, although I might add more next time, millet meal is Nature First brand, egg and biscuit is the one from Mineral Energy I think, Deb put me on to it, good stuff birds love it. :thumbup:

Egg jay should last a couple of days if covered properly.
As for a soft food I do a similar kind to yours jay but instead of cous cous I use rice plus a mixed frozen vegies. Like Dianne I like to add a egg biscuit mix and ground down sunflour kernels to help dry the mixture a bit. Last mixture I also added poppy seeds and Niger for a bit of fatty treat.
Most of my birds seem to like it even the siskins when Niger was added, the only ones that weren't really fussed were the cordons and DBS. The best part now jay is you can change or add different ingredients to see what works best.
