I'm surprised by that- more than half of my zebs in outdoor (unheated) aviaries are still breeding down here in Melbourne!

Did you pick get anything while you were there?

You can get November Grass (swamp grass) for about $20.00 a rammed 20 kg finch seed bag, much cheaper than buying those small bags.

I usually buy my swamp grass either through my bird club or from the sales. There is usually a guy at the sales selling bags about the sized of a very well packed pillowcase. Ive probably posted pics here somewhere I will find them and put the link in.

HI Finch,i was selling 20kg bags at $20.00 per bag last season ,they sold quickly and still have people asking for some,and putting in orders for this year,but you being in SA would make this to expensive with postage ,sorry i cant help ,garyh.

Got my swamp grass from garyh last year, best value for money ever, 2 x 20kg grain bags, crammed full. surely must be someone in SA can help. Good Luck !!!
