I just noticed that both parents are roosting in their usual spot when it's dark, and not on the nest. Do they not sit at night on the first few days? Will they incubate at night within a few days?
Thanks, Mike

Well done finchbreeder  . I've discovered this week a pair of my Zebs are sitting on 4 eggs. There wasn't much to the nest (in a box) until I threw in a few feathers. Now its starting to look (slightly) more like it should.
