Broken Eggs!!!!!!

Have a pair that have just started sitting fingers crossed this time.

Ye ha at last I think I have some chicks in a nest, not 100% sure but have noticed parents seem to be on and off the nest far more and live food consumption has increased. Unfortunately the other pair have again abondoned a nest with another broken egg inside, feel sorry for the hen she has layed so many eggs but they're back nesting again so fingers crossed.
Really think that the very cold weather we are having is causing the problem with thin shelled eggs but time will tell I guess with hopefully warmer weather on the way.
Thanks to all that replied and more than one head on a problem is always a great.
