Roosting nest is what they use to sleep in, sometimes they will use it through the day or if scared and in a new environment....but you never know these little guys surprise you all the time...Good Luck

Some birds like to have bedroom and will build something that looks like a nest but they only go in there to sleep at night.
Obviously if there are eggs in there some bird is/was using it as a nest but the disturbance of moving the nest and eggs will most likely cause the birds to desert the nest and eggs.

Odds are against a successful hatching, but good luck in going against the odds.
