Ah now I know where I miss interpreted some recent reading. What i had originally been working on was correct, that is good to know. As I have been breeding orange/yellow almost exclusively for a number of years and have just recently started ramping up the reds, have been reading to get their genetics back into my thinking. Appreciate the correction.

Buying my first pair of gouldians today, I too am in the dark with genetics, but honestly I will happy just to breed them!
