Speculating, that the odds are they are a version of the same mutation because they are siblings, and the odds of one stray mutation is greater than the odds of two. And I will further suggest that that probably rules out any sex linked mutation because they are both sexs. Thinking out loud here to help with the thought processes.

Good Thinking FB,so cinnamon is normally sex linked so the father must be cinnamon/ split cinnamon and also blue or split blue to produce that hen and the blue shown is split cinnamon as well. The mother could be just blue or split blue and both parents split for WB

Is the difference in collar colour important. I would expect the blue bird to have a normal ring like the "hen".
Also, I wonder if I can get someone to explain to me why the "lime" bird is a cock.
