Don't confuse CORE-FLUTE with TWIN-WALL Polycarbonate like i did...lol.
Core flute is that thinner white stuff that sign companys and the real estate agents use.
Polycarbonate TWIN WALL is the clear thicker (6mm,10mm...etc) stuff that they now use in greenhouses instead of glass.
Same sort of structure...totally different products.

They are the coolest to touch when fixed to a metal wall and also far less cold in the winter.
If you are lucky your local Real Estate Agent may have old unwanted for sale signs, these are fine and there normal size
1100mm x 900mm. If possible fit them as 900 wide x 1100 high(for walls). By doing this the core holes will run up and down which will keep them even cooler in the summer
Why would the core holes be better/cooler vertically ???

Probably has something to do with the ability of the air to move upwards as it heats enabling cooler air to enter from below. This could not occur if it was horizontal.
