Before the legal lifting weight of 20kgs come in a few years ago all my seed came in 40kg bags and the price was around what 20kg bags are now.Imo,either the seed merchants but not so much the growers,have taken advantage of this by selling 20kg bags at 40kg prices. Craig

I agree Craig, the same happened with cement when it changed from 40 to 20kg and more reccently family chocolate bars :thumbdown:

Just bought two bags of Avi Grain finch blue this morning @ $32 a bag 20 kilo.

wonder what the wholesale price is. You could form a buying co-operative of local breeders, register an abn, and buy wholesale.

I really mis that 20 to 40g and to make it worse the price went up :thumbdown: :lolno:
