Beware to all gouldian finch breeder in all state
Just a question. In the past few months I have spent over 15,000.00 on birds. Not one breeder would permit an ship and pay later option. At best, they would meet at a half way point. It sounds like some people have dumb stamped on their foreheads, and got stuck on stupid.
This nearly ties in with the "RESPONSABILITY" thread, where the consensus is its ok to dupe a consumer on the buyer beware ideation.

BUYER BEWARE, we all fall for the odd smooth talker once in a while. Maybe if I live to be a 100, I might just learn.

Hi steve if this person was naming people to you that they gave him bad birds,if this is true why didn't he sent them back,so he has the right to keep them, also those birds and not PAY, that so call bad,I know of few people that he gave the birds back they were luckey. Also I know of two people on this forum who had dealing with his birds year ago ,but I wouldn't mention there name on here.

Dear Mr. Tino:
I hear you hurting and cannot ignore it. I will share with you my opinion, keeping in mind I am the most disliked person on this forum.
I do not believe anyone has the right to cause this kind of damage and simply walk away from it. Look to your redress. File an complaint with the appropriate administrative agency or a court of LAW!
Where I originally am from, we have what is known as the "FAMOUS MAILBOX RULE", a contract is deemed made when the acceptance is either dropped into the mailbox or handed to the carrier. There would be something similar to this here. In my estimation this is not only BREACH OF CONTRACT: Failure without legal excuse, to perform any promise which forms the whole or part of a contract. Prevention or hindrance by party to contract of any occurrence or performance requisite under the contract for the creation or continuance of a right in favor of the other party or the discharge of a duty by him. Unequivocal, distinct and absolute refusal to perform agreement.
This would also would be "THEFT BY FALSE PRETEXT".
Again look to your redress. Regards.

Now that's being a bit hard on yourself BluJay. We have all upset someone at some point. I am quite sure your first part of your statement is not at all correct.
