Hi, i found a strange zebra finch one day. i breed from it more than 8+ years. Now i have grey cheeked zebra finches, at least 6. I will post some pictures to show you. Closest thing to Black cheeked ZF. thanks

Looking forward to seeing your gray cheek birds. Grabbing anything a little different and developing it is the name of the genetics game.
