They're beautiful birds which we don't have access to Australia. Your youtube videos are very welcome on the forum as we otherwise would not get to see these species. Are all 3 species well established in Spain with good access to captive bred stock or are they usually imported?

I will be visiting mi tio en Malaga in September before taking my family to Sevilla, Madrid then Donostia.
ill PM when we head up as I would love to see these guys from your youtube videos.
Mi tio used to catch the goldfinches and pardillos en el campo de Marbella and it was those birds that got me started. I would love the see the american goldfinches.

The Psaltria Psaltria now is "easier" to see them in Spain . To my knowledge , we are about 12 breeders.
The Jouyi psaltria is more difícl to see.
And lawrencei only know another breeder in Spain .
They usually come from other breeders in Europe, especially in Germany.

Glad you like the videos.
I live in Madrid, the south, near Toledo.
No problem ensañarte birds but do not want to get your hopes as my aviary is small , I had to remove many birds and cages due to space and Family
