What kind of seeding grass do you give them? I give them crab grass since i asked in another post about it. I find lots of foxtail grass too but i dont know if its safe to give them...

Crab grass is good particularly if you sometimes pick the whole bush and put it in. You will notice the birds picking through the roots of the plant finding tiny insects in the soil. Good luck with them.
