Mum had birds in Tasmania, but did not go herself. Too cold at her age she says. But nice warm Queensland suits her fine. She hopes to one day see a double factor Goldenface win the Goldenface section, or what is the point.

Hi LML, yes the Australian yellow faced is a stunning looking bird....it is unfortunate that the English yellow face has taken over...all to do with feather & style...there should be a seperate class for this bird although probably hard to do
I'm glad people are still keeping the Aussie Yellow Face going....just got to get the English gene in it for feather
