There are quite a few people breeding Blue Faced Parrot Finches in breeding cages.
The othere thing,I don't think much of your mate trying to restrict you.Personally he's not worth bothering with.
I actually do the reverse,I try to encourage people around here. It is far easier and more fruitful when you work with someone than on your own.

I was going to say something before but felt it wasn't my place. However, I can't resist after a few others have made comments...

You call that a friend? Sounds like someone who is more interested in a quick dollar than friendship. Press the eject button mate or find out the hard way...

good lord if it wasnt for old mateys around here and the knowledge they have shared and the help of the forum I would be a gibbering mess :shock: . I agree and as I have said many many times" the more I see of people the more I love my critters..."
Ya know sometimes friends can be very over rated........so do what ever floats ya boat mate and have fun doing it ....... :D

Oh and yeah the paperwork work is a pain in the date but its not hard and doesnt take that long to do.

I have one gouldian chick in the nest in one of the breeding cabinets. Looking at the size of the chick I wouldnt think the other eggs will hatching, but I will be leaving the eggs there. Im really happy, the parents are both young and they are first time parents and they are in a cabinet. So Im looking forward to seeing a well fed baby fledging.
