So based on the above where is the safest place to buy land, taking into consideration, sea levels rising, heat, cold and being able to live a sustainable lifestyle.
Might get a head start here

Tidal surges / chance of Tsunami rules out coastal areas.
Bushfires rules out mountains , highlands , bushland .
Heat waves rules out well most every where .
And cold snaps rules out anywhere below Bundaberg maybe.
Floods will rule out any where low lying or along rivers / creeks.
A couple of dormant volcanos scattered here and there.
All this and a dessert that is too arid to live in and which makes up most the continent.
We are buggered.

Lost a quarrion chick last night , usually this would upset me but there was something not quite right about this one.
He was a quarter the size of the other and his beak seemed way to big for his head , don't mind when mother nature steps in for a reason saves me dealing with these sorts of things later.'
So that means 1 very healthy big Lutino left , already sold ...just have to keep popping him back into the nest , he/she is one of those adventurous buggers.
