Little Oscar is good had one but it couldn't take too many ice cubes and died ...Might be a good investment

I am getting there too.. went to work in sydney for the last two day's.. I snuck out in the night about 4.00am just to bag up some grass from some Tussock Grass thats in the gardens in the carpark of the factory for nesting material.. If they look back at security footage, I will need to do some explaining..lol :o

I often wonder what people think, when they see that crazy breed of finchos out and about, triming up trees and grasses etc. All about the country side.

Hope you weren't dressed like your avatar while you where doing that! You might have been mistaken for a ghost and given some poor unfortunate early morning jogger a stroke!

No.. I had hi vis work gear and hard hat... My avatar look is for after work hours...lol :D
Thankfully people I work with understand my obsession.. and have got used to my bower bird antics of collecting things for the aviaries... :mrgreen:
