Roudybush Formula 3, an oldie but a goodie, use it to rear everything from Quarrions to Conures, Ringnecks & Alexes to Majors & Eccies, even the lorries get the occasional feed if I'm to lazy to mix up some wet mix. They do make good pets if you keep playing with them, but aren't as good as Suns or Nandays or even Blue Throats. They are like Ringnecks (the most provocative named bird ever, very tempting to do just that) & Alexes, you don't play with them they'll tear you a new one every time you go near them.

Thats what I like about hand rearing them VR1 , I only have to entertain them for 7 out of 10 weeks then they move on ...dont have to go through all those hormonal changes they have and that horrible biting stage .
Im looking forward to having some g/cheeks to hand rear just to see how much different to the quarrions they are . The fella I bought the g/cheeks from reckons pearly conures are the best for hand rearing , they dont bite and are easy going ...$500.00 a pair Ill put it on the wish list .

Wow that's a good price.
It's good to see a large variety of conures now
Becoming affordable.

Just been looking at pics of the pearlys on google , dont know if I like them that much , they look like a washed out g/cheek . The yellow sided g/cheeks are quite nice though.
