there is a quail in the aviary so will need to have food and water on aviary floor accessible to it. :)

what i have been doing is clean around the gouldian aviary as it is on bricks so i don't have to move them all the time i feed them i give them seed, fresh water and egg biscult and shell grit added together i brought some medicine today with the worming stuff is that to cure them and to keep them prone from them for a particular peroid of time

i feed and give my zebras and quails on the floor the water bowl is attached by hooks to the wire and the seed is on a plastic tray

Funny you say that e orix i clipped one of my redbrows to far down and a bit of blood came out but yea he was fine it healed no dramas at all.
Ahwell that takes away any stress about clipping to far up

not even sorta.
Ruddies are an african species of the genus "lagonosticta", the fire-finches. Redbrows are of the Australian group "neochima". They are not related at all.
Also they are very different in appearance,
