I kind of like the sellers who have no idea what the hell they are talking about, I just have a good laugh at their expense & say that I aint buying birds from them

I have heard breeders call them cubins before.you dont mind the beginer or starter making mistakes like that but profesional breeders,come on.

I am also in need of a red cheeked cordon bleu hen (did I get that right) :lol:
But it seems they are in rather short supply on this side of the country too.
Easier to get a pied than a normal and sorry but this is one of the types in
which I prefer the normals to pieds.

Easier to get pieds here too , thats when they are about ......its all about money $75.00 for a pied male split ! Where a pair of normals will cost $50.00.
All the talk around here is that breeders are sending birds overseas , the market is hungry for aussie bred birds and the $$$ are there.

$100 for a male.....seen yesterday @ Australian Bird Company. Im not sure on the correct cordon name but the bird was totally blue on the head and chest.
