I saw a heap of Princess’s yesterday mostly Blue, Limes and Yellows. I almost purchased a Yellow split pair of princess parrots (Yellow hen & Blue/Yellow c/bird), in the end I decided I didn’t need any new additions.

Like a lot of other parrots finding pure normal’s that aren’t split would be a challenge. Also as they are only worth $80-100 pair as breeders, most wouldn’t bother with them. For pets blues are a better option anyway, more interesting than the greens. You can also colony breed princess.

2 negatives as pets, require a bigger cage and some people don't like the bell noise.

Yes a lot of room just for breeders but I will be handrearing the young after the first or second clutch and your right the pet market prefers the blues .
Finding normal parrots is a nightmare at times .
I dont hear that well so the noisy birds are nice for me , dont know about the neighbours
