Very interested to hear if all 7 made it.
The most I have got one pair to raise was 5 and they were normals.
My experince with Blues is 50% of the Blues I have bought have died within the first 6 months but 100% of the splits have lived no problems at all.
I think one of the problems with Blues is they maybe fit a strong in the avairies where they have been bred but once sold and moved to a new home they are more suseptable then normals or splits to getting sick, where as normals & splits cope better with moving.
