My birds sometimes do that its normally because it's cold it could be broken but if it were te bird would probably be on the floor and wouldnt be able to fly

If your very detected to your birds you could take them to the vet but that's coats a lot of money, have you taken it out yet and put it in a little cage somewhere warm in Your house with clean fresh food and water.
