Man when I had peach face as a kid we bred a ton it got out of control there a top bird. Hey do any of u have any ways of sexing masks? Or is it just impossible?

Without sounding like I'm stating the bleeding obvious, Surgical and D.N.A. sexung can work.

Ben, If your birds are laying eggs it should be much easier to sex them. Apart from their behaviours feel their pelvic bones and you will be able to determine which one is laying the eggs. The bones of a mature in season male will be quite close.
Also, and generally speaking hens bit alot more. Males will bite too but they'll have a nibble then try and wriggle out. Females will grab a hold and won't let go. I wouldn't trust this method though.
