I've had finches for a few months, so have a lot to learn. I have 3 Zebras, 5 Societies and 4 European Goldfinches. I have a small (100 s.f.) aviary that I am still "furnishing".

Looking forward to getting to know some friendly bird addicts :)

Physically I am in the Sierra Foothills, west of Lake Tahoe in the Gold Country. Emotionally/mentally I am in Yosemite. :)

Hey there Jon.... glad you found the site and I knew you would get a warm welcome from these mates.....
The states are years behind in the art of finch keeping and I am sure you will learn much from here.. I know I have.
Even if you don't post much ....read and soak up the knowledge!

Other members... Jon may be a newbie at finches but he walks with wild bears in those foothills

Ha. Join a forum based on the other side of the world and find someone in your backyard. What kind of finches do you have?

Hi Candace. I was wondering if you were going to show up :) Yes, I'm thinking I need to spend more time reading. It is obvious these folks know their finches. Nice to "see" you here.
