Beginner Finchers

I like you started breeding finches young, I was about 7 years old when I got my first pair of zebras and since then about 7 years to the date I still have my zebras in an aviary with about 40. My parents didn't like the idea of getting anymore finches or aviaries for me as it would be too much of a responsibility for me, i didnt deny that ethier, i probaby wasnt. And it wasn't until early this year we finally began our new aviary and it now houses my gouldian finches.
We are already making plans to build yet another aviary to house some more exotic finches like orange breasts and painteds etc.
The only peice of help I can give you is to get as much experience up your sleeve as possible before you go trying anything else.
