What types of parrot would be suitiable for that size aviary?.

Bush Budgies .
Any of the Neophemas , some are easy and others can be a challenge .

So thats gives you Blue Wings , Orange Bellies , Elegants , Scarlets , Bourkes,Rock Parrots,Scarlets and Turquoisines . Some are going to be almost impossible to find

Im assuming you want Aussie breeds ?

With a mesh floor and allowing the grasses to grow through the mesh gives them extra places to forage , Scarlets especially love hanging out at ground level and if you can get normals make an awesome little aviary bird .

The pet shop I go to has all of the neophima parrots exept orang bellied parrots so getting them is no problem I think I will get turquoise parrots.

Turks are beautiful little birds too . They breed easily .
A little shy but thats a good thing , if there is a predator about they will go to their roosting spot and wait it out .
License required in NSW but you already have that . Good choice Nathan .

Have you ever kept them before and do you have any good advice on how I could breed them?. I have kept a couple of species of grass parrots before( Red rumps, Burk parrots, Elegant parrots and scarlet chested parrots so I do have a bit of experience keeping Australian grass parrots.

Yes I had them up until last year .
Both normal and the yellow front mutation . Good quality seed either small parrot or my mix which is 50% budgie mix / 50% finch mix /20% sunflower /10% safflower.
Lots of greens , bird bread or cake , sprouted seed etc .

Regular worming as they forage a bit at ground level .

Grit mix = charcoal , cuttlebone , grits and they were one of the few of my birds that liked to pick at a salt lick .

Very easy to breed if they are happy in their environment .
