The white with the black head will lose the black and be white in that area.
I have just put my nests (zebra finches) into my aviary and separated a couple of pairs, so you are ahead of me.

Dads Normal Gray, Mums a gray pied, you have a couple of pied young and the very white one could be a silver or a very pied pied. Depending on what mum and dad are split for. My canary chicks think it is time they fledged too, and they fly like stones. So have been returning them to the nest.

The white one looks as it will be a Chestnut-flanked White or Marked White. So the parents are Split for more than just Pied. This is why people should keep 1 colour to an aviary or birds are Split for a few different colours. In the Zebras i mean. So many colours as mixing them altogether gets these unusual results. The Pied looks good.
