The Saddleback myb not. I would say a heavy pied.

And the White ones is a Marked White or Chestnut Flanked White as Whites and Opal hens dont have tear drops.

The Cock looks like a mormal and the hen looks like a Marked White both birds markings are to dark for what you say thry are plus the hen is white , they both must be split Pied and the cock split marked white.
