Spotted Pardalote, Just fledged by the size of it's tail. Do you have any live insects, crickets, moths or mealworms (preferably white ones just shed their skin? Must be fed live insects at least every hour during daylight hours. kill and pierce and the insect in several places before offering it to the chick with a pair of tweezers. Good luck.

No shortage of maggots and mealworms and mini meal worms. Not sure I can manage the hourly bit though.....

Sadly, he only lived a couple of hours after got him settled at home. I spoke to Myzo and the local wildlife rescue people and had decided to pass him on to them but he never made it that far .

Shame he did not make it, Especially after all the trouble you went to.
