My 5 cents (2 cents worthless, 5 cents probably just as worthless in this case  )

Reckon the one on the right is a cock, middle one hen and furthest left possible hen too. If the 2 on the left are young, all bets are off though!

If you're looking to breed them, I found the best way was to literally throw a whole bunch of them in together with different coloured leg rings on and see what happens. I had 2 pairs for a whole season with no interest at all, got another 2 pairs and now I've got 3 pairs breeding this season. So, space permitting, go for it!

Based on dirtiness of the interbar area and bar thickness its' a definite maybe on (from left to right) hen, cock, cock for me

I would say hen, cock, cock as well but wouldn't lay any money on it. You could also try separating them so they can't see each other and see who sings and who doesn't.

sexing double bars can be 99% guess work and 1% scientific.Always best to have six birds or more together.Very hard to tell with the photo as if a bird is hunched in the photo or very upright it changes the look of the feathers. going by the bars as a example in the photo two cocks one hen.posture two cocks one hen.underbellies three hens. murphys law more cocks then hens. The only way really a experianced person could have a reasonable idea is seeing them in the flesh. But with the info supplied i will go with two cocks and a hen.

Thanks all. Looks like I will be hunting down a Double Bar breeder and buying more birds. I'm hoping there is a hen amongst the three but got a feeling their all cock birds.

I believe ther are 2 males middle and right as looking at them female with the head down stripe APPEARS to be thinner and the head is more off colour compared to the others BUT I have been wrong numerous times
