Jason,why would you be taking the boxes out half way through the gouldian breeding season? Gouldians breed from around March to October and then moult out over 3-4 months and the cycle starts again. Craig

Hi Craig,
I don't have lots of aviary space for raising fledglings through the moult.
I have to aim for quality, not quantity, well that was my plan.
Also the nights in Adelaide are getting so cold, once the hen stops roosting at night, casualties are getting high.
Maybe I will let the birds decide.
