I wonder if you can buy the 6mm wire powder coated like you can the 12.5mm.you would never have to paint it again like you do with the gal stuff.

hey gomer i am sorry i wasnt ble to get some pics of the box at work as i was to busy we have had problems with being short staff

only started Tuesday making box.leaving it a bit fine,as needed for Sunday.Could only get wire in a 10 metre roll.looks like i will have a life times supply of bird box wire.

Im affraid they are two off one offs 
.Materials approx $150 for both.could be done alot cheaper without using lamiwood.
