I will always prefer avairys. But could be happy with a set up like that. Great for serious Red Zeb development.

Great job and nice to see something alternative especially if anyone owns a unit or flat a wants to be able to breed a few birds.

So how have the birds settled in E? Are you breeding any canaries? Or only as mules?

Very well thanks. Everything is on eggs which I'll candle soon. Ive got a few mules prd out of bad luck moreso than a deliberate attempt this time. Green singer spare over goldfinch spares and trying for some goldfinch x canary mules.
The budgies and linnies are doing well, started working the boxes.
Ill start with my red zebs again soon.

Good to hear. Mum is just shutting down all her Budgies. Too hot to breed them in outdoor breeding rooms here at this time of year. She should wind up with about 80 to pick the 2019 champs to win in 2020 from. Nothing much happening with my Red Zebs. I rearranged them, after swapping for a couple of new blood hens. So hope they will begin again soon.
