good luck with the new aviary,stick to what you know best, but i have several metal aviaries and dont own a welder either!!!
its amazing what you can hold together with screws and brackets
set the frame in or to concrete and work upwards til the money runs out 
just thought someone had to side with Buzzard as you westys try to take over
