Thanks Gary that is good news.

The West Australian had an arial pic of the Brisbane river delta. When you see it like that you realise that it is a true river delta like the Ghangis in India.
Yes this is a disaster, and lets hope a lesson. Build on high ground, not low, and be prepared.
That said. Best wishes for a dry out by Easter and condolences to those who have lost loved ones and birds.
