No just leave them be , they are so close to fledging and if dad is harassing mum to mate again then changing the dynamics of the aviary in any way could cause problems.
Wait until they fledge to clean it out .

when i came home today and went to see my birds and i gave seed to haydns budgies and tiels and then i looked around and a baby grass parrot was on the aviary floor and the parents where flying to a branch near him then they would fly up to a higher branch why is that?

Trying to coax it up into the branches , probably teaching it how to fly or perhaps they thought it needed to be back in the nest anyhoo nows the time to watch them extra close to make sure they are learning to eat and Dad doesnt decide to pick on them.

Well done I bet they are cute.

Its Dark bring it inside keep it warm and dark. Don't play with it and put it back in nest early in the morning try not to disturb the other birds

Just a tip Shanny , if your nest box isnt deep enough the babies will come out too early all the time . Check the dimensions after they have fledged to make sure you have the right size box. :D
