Yes he is flying very well and he seems very tame to he will come down from the perch when i go to see him.

He seems to have a green check on one side of his face what is it.pics below.

I think i may have a problem,there is still 1 canary baby in the nest it should fledge any day now but the Hen has started building a nest again in the same nest.???
My plan was not to breed them again this breeding season as they have had 3 lots of eggs already..???

If you are able to take the cock out and keep him in a seperate cage then the hen may not keep making the nest.

I am sure that the hen will keep feeding the chick until she sets on the eggs, so it should be old enough now to survive.

I don't set any nests after December 14, but it is up to you. I would think that finches in an aviary will keep breeding as long as there is plenty of food.

The chick looks great in the photos. The other thing to look out for is if the hen is starting to make a nest that she may start plucking feathers from the chicks to line the new nest. If she does, seperate the chicks from the hen.

Today i had to remove the male Canary from the cabinet because he was attacking the baby in the nest,i did a bit of research to why this could happen and it may be because he is ready to breed again..??????
The baby in the nest is sitting on the edge of the nest so he should fledge tomorrow...

Will the hen still look after the babies with out the male in there...???

The younger small baby jumped out of the nest a few days ago.
I think it has a foot or leg problem.
He seems to hop around the cabinet ok,he is not flying that well yet,his legs are slightly spread apart. but the major concern is his toes it looks like one of them is facing the wrong way,the pic might help.
Other than that is is healthy.

Is it the rear toe facing forward, rather than backwards?

If it is then you can put the back toe back against the leg and sticky tape the back toe to the leg for about 1 week and see if that fixes it.

If it is one of the side toes then sticky tape it too the middle toe for 1 week.

They aren't normally flying about too well at this age, so give it some time and if its legs aren't too bad it should come good.

Yes that is the problem his rear toe is facing foward,dad and i will tape it back now thanks for help
