The detail of the exemption has now been finalised and will be signed by the Minister shortly. It then goes to the Governor to be stamped then Gazetted and then it's all done. We're advised by the Minister's office that it will be completely finalised by March 10th in time for the Gloster Canary Sale scheduled for March 11th.
I'll be at the Orange bird sale tomorrow and will briefly speak on this issue at the Sat evening dinner. Tony Ford tells me they have over 100 attending the dinner - should be terrific.
